Something occured to me just now.

Some of the attacks we face in our society whenever we try to bring up issues with porn or strip clubs or prostitution, remind me very much of the attacks I've seen when you try to confront an alcoholic with his or her drinking.

I was wondering why all this seemed so deja vu around here, and then it clicked.

1. imo drinking may be a more direct cause of some of these problems on DU.

As in, drinking and posting.

drink that often, so it is not even in my thought process.

but, i agree. i have a true blue, flown blown alcoholic in my family and after a couple decades, there are certain behaviors.

there really is an over the top behavior. but, then, i had always heard if you had good sex in your marriage, it's 10% of your relationship. But if you have bad or no sex it's 90%
