My Act Blue link isn't showing up

I still see it when I look at my profile but it’s not seen in my posts.

I asked the administrator twice but didn’t see a response so I’m not sure if I’m missing something.

I’m extremely low-tech so I’m thinking I just missed knowing something that I should know. Lol
