Question / suggestion about DU jury service

I'm a DU junkie at certain times of the election cycle, and I can't keep off the site even when I'm at work. When I get a jury notice during work hours, I say I can't serve in case I get interrupted and can't finish the process.

Question: Do members get taken off the available list if they say no a certain number of times?

Suggestion: And I have no idea if this is feasible since I'm a number cruncher and not a techie, but perhaps we could add a schedule feature to the member profile where one could indicate what days/hours he or she is free to serve?

That's all. I figured I'd think about something other than the election, if only for a very few minutes...

You are removed from the available list if you select "Don't ask me again" or if you set your preference to "Unwilling".

It would be possible to give members the ability to set a schedule. Currently, it's set up so that if you are here on DU, then we assume you are available.
