What can make a dent in gun violence?
I have a firearms license to collect curios and relics. It allows me to buy guns across state lines from firearms dealers without a background checks for each buy (restrictions apply).
I had to apply to the BATF&E, fill out a relatively simple and short form, notify the chief law enforcement officer in my immediate jurisdiction and wait about a month while the ATF, FBI, local and state police do a background check. I've been vetted by everybody
below AG Holder and above the local dog catcher. And pay $20.
I suggest every buyer go through the same process.
