Saw it yesterday with a friend. Wow. Still thinking about it. Dark and twisty.

I really admire Cate Blanchett as an actor. Saw her on stage at the Kennedy Center years ago in Streetcar. Fabulous. I also saw the exhibition at the Armory in NY where several roles she was playing were projected simultaneously on walls of the exhibition. Mind blowing to see her range all at the same time.

And the ending was sure dark. Was she really that awful a person and did she bring it on to herself? Or did things just turn against her?
