A decent article about living with ADHD...
There's some fluff but I liked the list of ways to cope. I found I have to do many of these things to cope.
I teach part-time and have had to explain to coworkers that I really NEED for things to be mostly in the same place all the time. Tape, scissors, pens, etc. I am just more productive when I can find things.
