I just bought some new fidget toys

I find they help me relax focus and not interrupt during groups.

I got a snake a dodecahedron and crystal clear arron's thinking putty. Used it during watching a movie and I could watch the whole thing!

Does anyone else use fidget toys to manage adhd?
