4. Thanks for the group, peacebird...

I'll have to talk about our food pantry garden that is based on a permaculture design. We've raised food for the pantries each year.

5. Thanks for starting this group, peacebird.

We'll be needing it more and more over time, as people figure out the hard way that we can't continue on the current path.

9. 7 Ideas on permaculture for urban dwellers!

https://www.openpermaculture.com/magazine/seven-ideas-urban-permaculture?cctidx=omag-popup-seven-ideas-urban-permaculture

When one thinks about food production, it is a natural inclination to imagine a rural scene. Fields, forests, orchards and farms are the most likely pictures that spring to mind. But the majority of people on the planet live in urban settings, so how can permaculture food production be applied to our towns and cities? There are, in fact many techniques that allow urban dwellers to grow food the permaculture way.

10. Started a transition

Mid 2013 when we bought a ten acre abandoned farm. I will be back soon to share some stories and pics. I am sold on permaculture in any form.
Had to sell due to divorce but I look to start again soon. The ag upgrades help the sale too!
