Has growing hemp also been made legal? The whole anti-hemp laws were done because logging interests didn't want hemp as a competitor, but they said it was because it was essentially marijuana even though the THC levels are such you could smoke a field and not get a buzz.

I'd be interested in growing hemp.

Not to smoke but I'd be interested in edibles. I believe, however, I'd be arrested...so there's THAT. However, we are able to buy CBD products legally in Montana now. Best sleep I've had in months thanks to super concentrated CBD oil. Good stuff.

“Home grown marijuana plants, for any reason is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!” While MD is an mmj state it will, for the foreseeable future, remain a “no homegrown for any/all reasons.” That’s what happens with a Republican governor, Larry Hogan and a wishy washy Democratic majority, are not on the same page. 61% of Maryland residents approve of adult use for those 21 and older. Because MD does not have voter initiative petition we have to rely on a voter referendum. But the legislature won’t give us voters that option. I say vote everyone of those drug warriors out, be they Republican, or Democrat. Getting tired of FUCKING waiting! Especially when I see others having the freedom I so desperately desire!! 😡🤬🤬
