If I had the capital

I would invest in processing plants to break down industrial hemp fiber into usable textiles, paper, and building material.

Growing agriculture hemp is starting to explode now that it's legal.
What's lacking is the processing infrastructure.

I've seen arguments on both sides: some say battery electric vehicles that charge up at charging stations will dominate; others say hydrogen fuel-cell vehicles that fill up at hydrogen pumps will dominate. Right now, the economics are not in favor of hydrogen, but that could change.
