I just want to point something out to those who think this is as close as Iowa was...

Nope!

Hillary "won" Iowa by 0.3. A statistical tie because of the margin of error.

Bernie has won Michigan by (at this moment) 2.1 points.

That's not a decimal of a percent. That's literally 2 whole points.

Just to keep everything in perspective.

in a whole bunch of races to have a path.

And he didn't tonite, but this was a huge upset. As upsets tend to do, they often pick up fence sitters. This isn't just a tie. It's like changing the thermostat. The effect could be much bigger in Ohio. It could make IL much more competitive. I think MO is too conservative to hope for Bernie to do well but... I'd love to be 538'd on that.

at least in MO, there are a lot of independents. Also, MO is an open primary state, which means you can vote for whichever party you want. I haven't been here that long, I transplanted here from elsewhere, but my feeling is that people here are very distrustful of the establishment. They are very independent. Stickers on cars have been mostly for Bernie.

But, that's just my impression, take it with a grain. If I'm right, my guess is that favors Bernie. I hope so.

This is where Ferguson is too, so there is that complexity and all that come with it added to the discourse, there's still a lot of pain.

But -- It's a republican stronghold with dems skewing very moderate. They like conservadems.

The rally in KC had a pretty good turn out though, the line was so long it wrapped the building twice, they had to close the doors because they couldn't fit everyone.

It's hard to say.

I know, it's not much help but that's my .02
