So his major revelation is this "voted twice" list of 7.5 million Americans who are alleged to be not allowed to vote because they have already voted. This is compiled by the man who is the Kansas Secretary of State....a man who ALSO serves as a consultant to the Florida Secretary of State in its efforts to disenfranchise voters there.

This list is a total fraud. A total fraud. And yet the use of it by states will disallow millions of rightful voters.
