but hypothetically, should he show up, and people start being held back, cleared from the location for 'security' purposes, what does one do to stop him or otherwise halt the oncoming interruption in voting?

Along with the words Bill is not above the law and needs to let us vote and stop illegally campaigning at polling places.
repeat this in chants and consistently to any press that interview you!
Most places, perhaps all places, have laws against interfering with voting.

You need to be 150 feet from the polling place in Mass.But that didn't stop Bill Clinton.
