Bill said he was OK with it. Jonathan Caper splaining now; "Bill has a wife who's black and has 2 biracial children'.

Bill was also gruff and minimal with his wording as typical. Sincerity, communication skills and charm are not his friends..

wealthy, cosmopolitan elites...It's a slippery slope, and our racist, violent country with it's 400 year history of genocide, slavery, Jim Crow and James Crow Jr. is in no shape to afford this kind of public display and joking by high government officials, ever.
This morning when de Blah, Blah Blasio, Mayor of NY 'Stop and Frisk" was on Morning Joe, I again recalled his very emotional comments at a press conference about his own son Dante after the horrible stalking death of Trayvon Martin. For shame.

de Blasio and Cuomo threatened elected Dems across the state in 2014 with retaliation if any of them endorsed Cuomo's primary opponent Zephyr Teachout. Her campaign had virtually no money and still got 36% of the vote.
