I know she has been declared the winner but she is not going to get all the delegates...
sorry CNN, you can't anoint her tonight.

As of right now Bernie is taking 14 delegates. She has 31 + 6 superdelagates. Not all have been awarded.

She's still not getting anointed tonight.
