He has said that he plans to stay in this through the Democratic convention, Briggs said on the day of the final Democratic primary, in Washington, D.C.

(24,324 posts)This is about so much more than the Democratic nomination. Too many people don't seem to realize that.
It is not about him, either.
It is about all human beings.

I get a chuckle seeing all these threads about Bernie's gonna do this or that, when the constant is Bernie and we are in it to win it!
Think the others will ever learn?

(15,406 posts)He is the 1st candidate that I have supported that FIGHTS for what he believes in. And he FIGHTS for us.
In 2004 I was sitting before my computer very late one night. It was the night of the Ohio election. I was writing down votes as they came in. It looked like Kerry was going to win the state! He had already been doing good up to that point.
Then in a second I watched as the votes flipped from Kerry to *. The same exact amounts were switched. I watched for a while more, thinking someone had made a typing error. Surely it would be corrected by the time I got up the next day.
The next day came and the votes were the same. * had cheated and "won'.
Kerry did not fight back.
