Will Sen. Sanders' name be placed in nomination at the Philly convention?

Will there be a roll-call vote?

I realize the political situation is somewhat fluid..... but shouldn't the assumption be that we do NOT have a nominee until the convention *votes* and then *declares* we have a nominee?

Otherwise it's just another boring tv show, seems to me. The "drama" will be waiting.... for 4 days..... for HRC's acceptance speech.

*Four* days.

Good grief.

Since neither candidate has the requisite 2383 delegates, both candidates are in the running. If Bernie does not concede before then (which I doubt he will) this will be true at the convention until the superdelegate vote decides the nominee.

Those are the rules of the 2016 Democratic primary.
