LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As part of an election eve swing through California with three additional appearances scheduled in support of Yes on Prop 61, a hard-fought California ballot measure to lower drug prices in the state, U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders will appear Sunday night, November 6th at 7:00pm at a rally and film screening at the iconic Hollywood Palladium—an event that is FREE and open to the public. Sanders will speak in support of Proposition 61 after the screening of “Your Money or Your Life”, a compelling half-hour documentary exposing pharmaceutical industry greed that features the senator.

Sen. Sanders, in partnership with the California Nurses Association (CNA), will then speak at two public rallies in California on Monday, November 7. Sanders will appear in downtown Los Angeles in Pershing Square at 10:00AM and at a second rally in Sacramento at the California State Capitol that afternoon at 1:30PM. features the Senator.

Sanders will appear at the rallies alongside other Prop. 61 supporters, including the California Nurses Association, AARP, VoteVets, Social Security Works and the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, to speak out against Big Pharma’s price-gouging and the lies being told by the drug company-funded No on 61 campaign regarding the measure.
