The best part about Sander's "Democratic Socialist" platform is that until this point, Fox News' rhetoric is to tar democrats with this "dirty word", and they distance themselves. Now when Fox News says he's socialist, Bernie will say "Yes, and here's why we need that." It will be amazing to watch. self.SandersForPresident

Gosh, I'm so excited to see him on Fox News. Their rhetoric is to paint democrats as evil "Socialists" without any reasons as to why that's a bad thing. The democrats almost always distance themselves from this word. Now Bernie is saying, yes I am, which basically takes the wind out of their sails! The best part is that until now, there hasn't really been anyone who is a self proclaimed socialist. Now he can speak the truth about it. Man this is going to be amazing to watch!

(5,018 posts)but dont know what to do with it?
Anyway, I have always thought his biggest problem other than age, hair style, lack of money (none of this should matter but all of it does) was the socialist tag.
Is there a way to use that?
So Bernie went on Fox and stated the fact that democratic socialism is good and needed?

Generally if someone doesn't know something they just ask and here comes a flood of some VERY smart people with the answers. http://www.reddit.com/r/sandersforpresident

Then explain how these concepts help us out and make the US standard of living what it has been for the past 100 years.
Who knows, Bernie has the ability to do this much better than i could and maybe he could even get "liberal" off the dirty names list.
