2. Thinking that's about to change...she was high up in the 2008 campaign, too.

It's looking like some of the old political structures will be sliding into irrelevancy...and not a moment to soon.

My take and I might be naive...it wouldn't matter who was in there now. It's a bit late to shut the barn door, because the horses are out.

4. Pretty much, she represents the inside the beltway party bosses

and doesn't represent us, not at all. She's also being completely repudiated by the Sanders campaign and the lot of them are undoubtedly soiling themselves over it.

That doesn't mean there will be a change in party structure or leadership. Until and unless the asteroid hits, those dinosaurs will continue to cling to their turf.

5. And further...there can be no tug-of-war with out two ends. When one

lets go of their end...well, we all know what happens with that. Bernie has never picked up his proper "end of the rope" and doesn't plan to.

Actually she did the best she could...declaring herself a moderate and going after the Republicans. Even in 6 debates, Bernie can eat her lunch.

That's what seems to be happening. He's not behaving like a proper opponent.

And don't forget, those dinosaurs wear tennis shoes !!

3. From a practical perspective, she has the job until Obama tells her to quit.

When the President's a Democrat, he's basically the one to pick the DNC chair.

Nominally, there's a voting process, but the President's choice is either unopposed or wins that vote.

She will remain the DNC chair until at least the general election.

she can be primaried. How embarrassing would it be if she lost using her policy positions that she expects to win nationally.

7. IIRC she has a primary opponent.

I'll have to look in to that, might send in a donation to a viable primary opponent. DWS needs to go.

Edit: yes, she appears to have a primary opponent. Doesn't appear viable, he's. Running against her support of the Iran deal, and is seeking pro-Israel supporters and support from AIPAC. That's a deal killer for me.

8. We can't and she won't

That's why we need to put other people in charge of the party . Progressive , socialist , independent , democrat whatever they call themselves . Run the same old same old out little by little and maybe the rest will get the message.

9. Nobody contribute to them

and let them know why you're not contributing to them. These corporate shills know only one thing, money. If they start losing millions because they insist that DWS keep her DINO job, then they need to feel it where it hurts.

All they did was circle the wagons. So it goes with sinking ships.
