I may change my pick, but I’m not quite there yet,

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Note: All the grey haired ladies circa Anita Hill. Just like me. Well, if I didn’t go to a stylist that is.

We're fighting for the country, for it's survival. This election is different because Trumpism is a threat to our democracy, to the survival of the Republic and the Rule of Law. This is a rousing of the public's consciousness, awareness: Take Heed! The Monster is inside the house and has already exacted great damage to our Institutions and our reputation around the world.

There's probably no other starting campaign that could focus its energy quite like this. Biden has the advantage of name recognition and a long history, the good and the bad. He's a known quantity. But that will only take you so far. I think in these early days he's taking the risk to mount a massive wake up moment. Not for those of us who frequent political blogs, write/read Op-Eds and newspapers or vociferously howl out our opinions. But for the people who don't, those not hooked into social media, those who are merely trying to pay the mortgage, feed the kids and put one foot in front of the other and wonder why all those promises--lower healthcare costs, lower taxes, higher wages--haven't materialized. Infrastructure, anyone??

Biden is pointing his finger in the absolute right direction: Trump and his Republican defenders, liars all. But he's not shy in underscoring that Trump is a danger to all Americans, every last one of us.

It's A Go for Joe!

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
