Would a candidate proposing a world wide war on white collar crime fly? I suppose

the general points could be investigating all types of fraud, money laundering and tax evasion for starters. Propose we get all of our allies on board, find and prosecute these people wherever they are.

....is somehow bad for them, part of the overall no new taxes mantra. Maybe saying instead that we could just start by getting them to pay what they owe already might strike a chord with the MAGA crowd.
