PoliticoIn an interview with ABCs Jonathan Karl that aired Sunday on This Week, the New Jersey Democrat bemoaned the really ill effects of corporate consolidation in America and pledged if elected to the White House to call for Justice Department investigations and antitrust laws to rein in monopolies.
But Booker said he disagreed with the plan by Warren (D-Mass.) to create a level playing field by splintering giant tech firms, including Amazon, Facebook and Google, which she has accused of unfair competition and eating up startups.
I don't think that a president should be running around pointing at companies and saying breaking them up without any kind of process here, Booker said.

But I am glad to hear that you agree with Elizabeth, to the extent you acknowledge the really ill effects of corporate consolidation.

Opening an dialogue/ having a discussion on significant issues is what well functioning political parties do and the most (small d) democratic venue for competing propsals are primaries.
Its ironimic that those who tolerate no dissent are the dissenters themselves. Warren has been criticised for not handcuffing herself to Sanders Single Payer.

IMHO:
Google - separate search/advertising and mobile assets
Amazon - separate the retail/commerce side from cloud services
Facebook - can we just get rid of it?
