Some of the candidates are staking out the liberal middle ground.. Biden, Harris, O'Rourke

Buttigieg.. the current leaders among that group.. and I think that those staking out that political ground, are going to be the ones that we will find our final candidate out of..

Having talked to so many people in RL over the past two weeks.. it seems to me that is where people are moving to fight Trump..

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

It's the middle ground that is likely to get 2016 Trump voters.

We need dems to vote. We outnumber them 3-1.

At least the ones that have dug their head out of their rectum enough to see the error of their ways.

In 2016 90 million eligible voters didn't vote, and the majority of them are 18-29 year olds and hispanics.

There are going to be very high expectations from EVERYONE for some positive changes - for things to actually begin to happen. The way our founders set up this republic, that is clearly going to involve some vigorous debate and compromise.

At age 60, I can tell you all that as long as we are GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, and things are actually HAPPENING, BEING PUT IN PLACE that benefit me and my family, I'm OK.

Seriously. I know many people in my local area, some far left, some far right, and the rest populating that continuum in the middle. Everyone wants some changes to healthcare, student loan debt, the tax codes and definitely progress in mitigating climate change. I don't know what all that will look like after the debate happens, but like I say, if things start happening, I will be ecstatic.

After the neocons had 8 years of empire building under Cheney and W, then Republicans opposed Obama in lock-step for his entire 8 years, and then the 2 years of Trump that has set us back about a half century, WE JUST HAVE TO START GETTING STUFF DONE. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it DOES have to be progress in the right direction.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
