Would a Harris/Buttigieg ticket check all of the boxes.

When talking “identity politics” only, an idea popped into my head of an interesting ticket.
The four biggest and most reliable demographics in our party are these:
Women, African Americans, young people, LGBTQ

Harris hits the first two and Buttigieg the last two.

Would that ticket guarantee us a huge turnout?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

5. Even "identify politics" looks for more than "a candidate who is xxxxx"

Is Buttigieg a tireless advocate for LGBTQ rights, or does he spend his timr repairing potholes for everyone? Has Harris taken a stronger pro-woman position that Gillibrand? Will young people go for a young candidate over Bernie Sanders?

When he does good on CNN, other programs/stations will have him as a guest.

PS: He is a veteran of the Afghanistan War - another segment he will appeal to,

Guess it’s because I’m an animal lover.
But I’m sure you meant veteran.

I am much more interested in the Policies presented than the identity issues, but one does have to pay attention to all aspects of the campaign.

Those aren't mutually exclusive, and a failure to recognize that is why those who criticize identity politics are rightfully called ignorant.

The three biggest and most reliable demographics in the American Fascist Party are people who hate women, people who hate African Americans and people who hate gays.

A Biden/Buttigieg or Harris/Inslee ticket could be fruitful.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
