What Iowa Democrats think of Booker and the other 2020 presidential candidates
WASHINGTON The leader in the latest poll of likely Democratic caucus goers isnt running yet.
Hes not even in the race yet, but former Vice President Joe Biden leads all current and potential candidates for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination in the latest the Des Moines Register/CNN/Mediacom Iowa Poll, with U.S. Sen. Cory Booker far back in sixth place.

Biden received 27 percent, with U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont just behind with 25 percent. Biden, who has yet to announce his candidacy, ran in the 2008 Iowa caucuses and dropped out after failing to get at least a single percentage point. Sanders narrowly lost to Hillary Clinton in 2016.
