Biden is back up to "14%"!.. on DU I really do love Biden supporters.. no matter how this turns out

Update! ETA~

great discussion on Nicole Wallace today she asked the Democratic pundits on her show why it is that they dis Biden all the time but when she talks to people she knows, man on the street, they all love and want Biden to be the nominee.

Sort of nailed it for me. Watch TV and Biden is a loser (according to dems!) but my friends love and want him
.

Glad to see he's doing so well.

Many people actually do Get This..

Biden’s comments “weren’t (offensive) to me,” said York resident Joyce Wilson, 53, who recently was still deciding between Biden, Harris and U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass. “(But) the news media just beat it, beat it, beat it and that kind of thing will cause divisiveness.”

Mon Jul 8, 2019, 11:41 PM

interview by Don Lemon. Great segment. Terry say's Biden's ability to win over some of the state's Trump won in 2016 is "the best thing he has going for him". McCauliffe went on to say he had extensive talks with Joe and was so impressed by Joe's commitment to many of the same ideals, he(McCaullife) decided against entering the 2020 race.

McCaullife did such a terrific job putting forward many of the positive aspects of Joe's career, he sounded very much like a Biden surrogate. Don Lemon was very fair and didn't interrupt Terry with needless challenges.

So there is a sliver of hope for us folks in the search for fairness in our primaries although there is much work to do in keeping the MSM honest.

Thanks for this thread, Cha

McAuliffe, oasis! I remember something about him thinking about running but then deciding not to.. interesting to know the reasons.

Thank Goodness Biden had someone to speak positively about him with so many doing the opposite.

I know Gov McAuliffe did a lot of great things for Virginia, too.

And, Don Lemon, from what I've seen, is Fearless and reality based.. that must have been really intriguing tv.

I just read Don Lemon is going to be one of the Mods at the next Dem debate.. a Con was complaining 'cause he had previously called the Psycho.. "the dumbest man on tv.. " I take it that was before he became dictator wannabe.

And I can live with that because it’s beyond my power to convince people otherwise.

So if the majority of Democrats think that Biden is the answer, then he is the answer.

It’s not like back in the 1930s where arguments were about whether or not we should go communist or southern racism. I think we have moved forward. If Biden wins in the primary, of course he has my vote in the general.

In the early race at this point, the polls speak more of staying power rather than winning power. Once the race has whittled from the 20+ candidates we have today to about 4-5, then the polls become more indicative of winning power.
