The fight for right in Kamala goes way back

"Stacey Johnson-Batiste recalls how Kamala Harris stood up for her in kindergarten against a boy who broke one of her artistic creations. She says the Harris she knew back then is the same person she is today."

Harris took a rock to the head for supporting her friend

This has been out there for some time. Her record as AG and DA will raise questions. Some of emmaverybo Jul 2019 #6

….about Harris on the terrific radio show on NPR called "On the Media". Concerned her time as a prosecutor.

It really threw me, because until now, I've been a supporter.

...old prattle stirred up to try and place a wedge between Kamala Harris and the black community. It does a double hat trick by feigning concern from the left.

Here's the thing. There's no silver bullet in any of these complaints about her time as AG. May be some deserved and important, but these questions were raised by previous opponents and voters mostly decided like I have that they're cherry-picked and mostly dubious. I've heard the complaints, I've heard Kamala's explanations, and I'm satisfied they don't come close to defining her record of service.

Besides, you posted a 10m blurb from the 'Innocence Project,' Barry Scheck's enterprise- not an actual news analysis of her record, not at all objective or fair.

I'll drop this more substantive perspective here:

...Bazelon's hit piece is being used as a convenient cudgel for opponents of Kamala Harris (it's a favorite of the rightwing, doncha know), and its basically a weak and unsubstantiated sham.

But you go 'look for it.'

She was identified as connected to the innocence project & Loyola law school which recommend her integrity.

And there’s lots of stuff plastered on the internet lately. Isnt there?
