Not sure if I can watch the debates.....don't want to see them try to rip each other apart.....

I realize they have to make a name for themselves, and try to stand out, but just don’t want it to be a blood bath. I’ll tape them and watch what I can........

I usually don't like to watch debates either, least of all in this format with so many candidates that prevents them from expressing the full ideas and plans they have, but the take from this is how they handle themselves, who can demonstrate toughness and quick thought to not allow the repubs to push them in a corner? That is why I watched it last night, I don't want to hear the opinions of others, least of all the media. For example, my take last night was that Jake Tapper was a complete ass, he framed the questions in a republican way, and Bernie told him so.

Those are the kind of behaviour I want to see from our candidates, how do they push back the "moderators" who seem to come with their own agendas, or those of the network.

Everyone will be fine. The tough will go on, the weak won't.
Tough is needed to beat Trump.

If you can't take the light punches now, you won't be able to take the knifings in the GE.

The first debate left me positive and mellow. After the second debate I remember my neck was so tense and I couldn't sleep. I know it's just politics, but I hope nobody goes to far. I don't just mean injuring another candidate but also self-inflicted injuries by ruining good will towards them. I actually like so many of these candidates. I want them to be able to go back to the Senate or wherever they come from and still have a really high opinion of them.

A few minutes and I had enough... it is not a debate about anything.. just entertainment... I wish it were something real.... dems have REAL things to say, valuable, intelligent ideas to share, all of them.......but it is not....

Maybe do a tiny bit of fly-by, quick channel surfing in real time, but I'm not up for an extended slog. Unless they put up Hitler or Attila the Hun, I will be voting (if we still have elections) for whomever the Democrats ultimately nominate, even if he/she is not my personal first choice.
