Wednesday Debate predictions

Obviously, eyes will be on Biden and Harris, but I think the "also rans" with the best shot at a noticeable boost out of this debate would be Booker and Gabbard, for being telegenic and I think having an above average potential to differentiate themselves. I'll also give a long shot possible outbreak position to DeBlassio, who in this particular mix, might be the strongest voice of the left wing, he may have lucked out in being in the group that doesn't have Sanders or Warren.

Post your thoughts on any of that or your own predictions below, if you'd care to... Who do you think might break out?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Well, I'm curious to see if Harris holds on, moves up or not. This may be a test. CTyankee Jul 2019 #1

I truly think Gabbard is just not that bright. I don't really like Booker that much and I don't know why. And DeBlasio has some real problems in the area of criminal justice (my son is a prosecutor in Brooklyn and works for a progressive DA but more about that later) and there is no way this country is going to vote for the Mayor of NYC to be President.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

All the talk last night about urban problems and not one punch thrown at Trump for his absent infrastructure promise.
In fact, I don't think I heard anyone mention that Trump has not fulfilled most of his promises, especially about the collapsing state of our highways etal.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey and Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii were the surprise breakout stars of the second debate

I wasn't surprised.
