I don't think one campaign paying for food for another campaign is considered a donation. It IS a campaign expenditure, though, and will surely be reported on their campaign finance forms.

And I will vote for her in the Illinois primary because I think she will make the best president. But I do not think she would compliment Harris amongst specific groups of unlikely voters, specifically youth, and Hispanic, and Texas people... in the way that Beto would. There's a lot more overlap between Warren and Harris in who they appeal to.
