CNN just showed Bernie speaking for all of about 20 seconds before cutting away just

as he was hammering home fundamental points about justice to a "Greenland is not for sale" segment as if that meant anything of importance to the American People.

Two days ago Anderson Cooper actually had an excellent interview with Bernie giving him time to make his points and present his perspective uninterrupted, part of which was criticism in general of the corporate media's consolidation and its' adverse affects on democracy, CNN was included in this, kudos to Anderson for that.

Immediately afterward Anderson had an interview with Stephen Colbert, by the next morning the Colbert interview was and is listed on at least a half dozen sites including CNN's.

The Cooper interview of Bernie on 8/15 which was most excellent to date has not been posted.

I have tried googling for it, but to no avail.

It's as if that interview with Bernie never happened?

If anyone can find a video of the Anderson/Sanders interview whether you favor Bernie or not, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks and peace to you all.

P.S. They did just cut back to Bernie for another ten seconds speaking about college tuition.

Now Elizabeth is up for her 20 seconds.

On thing is for sure if the pundits were running for President everyone would know where they stood on the issues.

primary today, I would vote for:

If it was part of a general news block or a cut-in, I don't think the expectation would be that they would air a long segment.

I only saw little bits of coverage of that event throughout the day.

broaden Sanders base of support. Instead of whining about how mean the "corporate media" is maybe his campaign should focus on why Sanders is failing to win African American support and why his base is shrinking. If he gets this worked up about the mildly critical news coverage he's getting now I can't imagine how he would react to a full scale Trump assault if he were the nominee much less the kind of hostile scrutiny Hillary got.

Maybe people are just getting tired of hearing the same thing from Bernie over and over.

I don't support Bernie (though I always liked him), but his overall treatment by the media this time around has been grossly unfair. He is a top tier candidate with a devoted following, but media coverage is generally negligible, and what coverage exists is often harsh. He has been not gotten the positive hype given to Elizabeth Warren, and is often portrayed as running a weak third--even when many polls still show him in second place.

I think there are factions in the media who want to marginalize him, believing (probably correctly) that his supporters will gravitate to the weaker, less competitive candidate (i.e., Warren).

In my view, I can hardly turn on a Sunday show where he isn't featured and his interviews are countless. His complaints are a common ploy to guilt the media into even more coverage. The problem is his story hasn't changed so everyone knows what to expect right down to the pointed finger in people's (especially women's) faces. And, his hires are insulting and combative so I expect a lot don't want to interview them and when they do I bet, channels get changed, ratings drop.
