What do they bring that other candidates don't already bring? Either on policies or ideology?

and Bullock winning in Trump country.

I don't know that either should be the nominees, but it is important to show the country that the Democratic party is not all about extremes from the young - "Squad" - to the old - Sanders, Warren. Or better yet, that the nominee will be a Democrat.

Buttigieg? Klobachur? Harris?

Not young, only extreme for Biden is age, no extremes for the others. Moderate candidates for the most part.

Bullock won in one state. That does not translate to winning in Trump country.

We don't need a centrist white guy to win.

The problem is much bigger than just Steyer, but he is the most recent and glaring example.
