(49,028 posts)Warren's rise. I'm guessing those were the Harris supporters who were with her earlier because they want a female nominee and they saw her at first as the most electable of the female candidates.

(68,643 posts)and Sen. Warren won...She supported MFA and that meant she was going to win/ (I disagree). I said to someone that I though Biden won...and they sneered at me.

(8,144 posts)Sinking and has coronated Warren as the new frontrunner despite poll evidence to the contrary.
I thought Biden, Amy, and Mayor Pete made the best, overall impression in the debate. The rest had some good moments. Warren left a sour impression with me when she stooped to childish
peevishness with Biden. And I dont like game playing over taxes for M4All.
They sneer and they snicker. Out of step they say. Then we get in this horrible pickle with the worst betrayal ever (of our allies) and Joe is a rock of sense as always on foreign policy.
Well, the polls tell us some folks know quality and qualifications when they see them.

(42,862 posts)That's only natural. I don't "blame" anyone for doing that... but I do think it's entirely appropriate to point out the differences in the poll numbers, and to remind people that polls are most useful for showing trends (and that an average of polls is a more accurate metric for spotting trends too.)
Nevertheless, notwithstanding the fact that people generally post posts that favor their positions or candidates, it cannot be denied that regardless of who is ahead (or who is gaining or "surging'') BS continues to lag behind in all of them.
I think people are correct when they point out that he's reached his ceiling... and that after his myocardial infarction, more and more voters see his bad health as being an important consideration. After all, he's not applying for a position in a low-stress happy-go-lucky job as Walmart Greeter or postal clerk.
All I'm trying to say is that this is the MOST STRESSFUL job in the entire world. Not only is it stressful, there are long hours, odd hours, lots of travel... it's exhausting and it takes a lot out of you. It ages even the most vital and FIT men at least 25 years. Do the math!
