....doubled down by saying those who said he was working for the campaign were liars! Hah, a liar calling those who were telling the truth liars.

And then for everyone in the campaign who knew, including at least one of the co-chairmen (maybe both?) keeping this a secret all while he was still working as a "journalist" is I guess constitutes a "triple down"?

He's probably as well-known as he'll ever be so there's no real need to step in and start mixing it up before he needs to. Meanwhile Bernie is already flaming out and others will probably follow before summer. So I'm okay with April.
