Good example of how far the debate on marijuana has come: room full of older Iowans in a mid-sized, blue-collar county cheer the loudest at Kirsten Gillibrand’s “We need to make marijuana legal” response to a question #IACaucus

side note: this room looks like a political operating theater, with reporters observing from the balcony wings.

part of the Woodstock generation. Even though they're more conservative now, I bet a fair share of them lit up and got their freak on back then.
