DNA test shows Hunter Biden is father of Arkansas woman's baby

Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

DNA testing has established, “with scientific certainty,” that Hunter Biden is the father of an Arkansas baby, according to a motion filed Wednesday in Independence County on behalf of the child’s mother, Lunden Alexis Roberts.

Biden, son of former vice president Joe Biden, “is not expected to challenge the results of the DNA test or the testing process,” the filing states.

...snip...

Hunter Biden, who initially denied having sexual relations with Roberts, eventually agreed to take a DNA test, according to documents filed by Roberts’ attorney, Clint Lancaster.

Hunter Biden and the former stripper suing him for child support reached a settlement Wednesday — shortly after an Arkansas judge scrapped his request to delay a court appearance over the coronavirus outbreak.

Independence County Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer dismissed Biden’s claims that it was “unsafe” for him to travel and that appearing for a scheduled deposition this week could put his pregnant wife at risk for the illness.

“[Biden] can come by plane, train, or automobile but life and work will and should continue in our communities and courts,” Meyer wrote in a ruling late Tuesday.

Biden had previously asked Meyer, to postpone his deposition until April, after most of the key Democratic primaries are over, but she denied that request, too.

from delaying the paternity case anymore the last excuse that there was danger for his now pregnant wife to travel because of the corona virus
The woman suing Hunter Biden for paternity was a stripper at a Washington, DC, club he frequented around the time he was dating his brother’s widow, sources told The Post.

Biden was repeatedly seen at the Mpire Club in the capital’s historic Dupont Circle neighborhood — where Lunden Alexis Roberts, the mother of his alleged love child, worked under the stage name “Dallas,” the sources said.

“He was well-known,” a source said of Biden, the son of former Vice President Joe Biden, the Democratic front-runner to challenge President Trump next year.

Several Mpire workers said they recognized Roberts, 28, who last week filed court papers that say DNA testing proved Hunter, 49, fathered the child she gave birth to in August 2018.

The man who paid a $130,000 to keep a porn star, he slept with, from telling on him...is going to play the morality and decency card?

The man who has been accused of sexually assaulting so many women, the man who made the statement that his daughter was hot and he would date her himself...that man?

Even the RNC can't be that stupid...because if they go there...the Democrats will lay out every detail...and put it in the faces of every voter...I can see it now...ads showing Trump saying how hot his daughter is...or him talking about walking into the dressing room of teenage girls...or even a spot from Stormy Daniels, telling of his sexual prowess...

I mean, in an ideal world this should mean nothing - all the more so with Cheeto's Roman Empire-level history of rape and orgies.

But Rethugs are very good at finding dirt against their opponents - and between Bursima, BHR (China), and now this, Hunter Biden's become a real problem for the old man.

I doubt it'll hurt his nomination chances - but you know the Repigs will make a major circus out of this once he becomes the nominee (which I still believe he will be).

We'll see.

Republican's can have their way. Americans are tired of that. There is plenty of "scandal" to be drummed up about the other candidates, the most recently with Warren who was ridiculed by Trump. BTW, ignoring Sanders' family troubles and history are more hands off because of the well-documented Russia help in the last election. That's been well-documented at this point.

Why give them ammo? There will be issues surrounding any Dem candidate and we need to fight back HARD, but Hunter brings so, so many to the Biden campaign. Too much energy will be spent defending the drug use, the military service, Beau's wife, Ukraine, the out-of-wedlock baby, etc. Warren being ridiculed by Fat Nixon is child's play compared to what they're lobbing against the Bidens. Wingers will use Kamala's relationship with Willie Brown to try and bring her down. They'll go after Pete on age, orientation, and race relations. Etc. Meh, it may be a moot point, since Biden doesn't look all that well and I'm not sure he'll remain in the race.

I believe Americans are tired of the tweets and the drama and the scandal and we want to get back to serious government.

Joe looks frail and I'd rather he just retire to Rehoboth and enjoy the grandkids, but I guess he figures third time's the charm. (Or is it second? I forget.) candidate. They would start investigations into all manner of things with any candidate, but Bernie's son would certainly matter just as much as smearing a Purple Heart mattered to their strategy. Sanders also had a campaign manager, Tad Devine, who worked directly with Paul Manafort in Ukraine, so you can bet that would be as huge a deal as Biden. You already see them getting to throw their own folks under the bus, they have smeared the FBI, the CIA, now career diplomats, uniformed military. They will smear anyone and they will manufacture anything, which is what they are doing with the Bidens'.

Of course the "socialists" are being given a reprieve now because that would be so easy to smear.

Unfortunately republicans are going to try to pin Hunter's life choices on his father. Also, as a democrat, I am not thrilled with what I have read about Hunter (not the Ukraine stuff, repughs made that up), but the seemingly bad life choices. The son could impact his dad's chances in the primary. Who can say that Joe's Slightly off night last night was not due to the latest revelation about Hunter, coming on top of Hunter's snap marriage to a woman from like New Zealand or Australia?

96. Well it gets Joes brother James Biden out of the headlines for the FBI raid at a health care venture
Thu Mar 12, 2020, 04:18 PM
Mar 2020

that last week took a bad turn and resulted in being in the news again

In the weeks since the raid, two small medical firms that did business with James Biden have claimed in civil court proceedings to have obtained evidence that he may have fraudulently transferred funds from Americore “outside of the ordinary course of business,” and a former Americore executive has told POLITICO that James Biden had more than half a million dollars transferred to him from the firm as a personal loan that has not yet been repaid.

But recent filings in ongoing legal proceedings, along with new accounts provided to POLITICO by former executives of Americore and others, point to potential pitfalls for the former vice president, painting the fullest picture to date of James Biden’s health care dealings and the ways in which they allegedly related to his older brother. In 2017 and 2018, James Biden was embarking on a foray into health care investing, telling potential partners, including at Americore, that his last name could open doors and that Joe Biden was excited about the public policy implications of their business models, according to court filings and interviews with James' former business contacts.

Tom Pritchard, a former Americore executive familiar with the business' finances, told POLITICO that James Biden’s arrival exacerbated Americore’s financial problems. Holding out the promise of a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections, James Biden introduced Americore’s founder to his older brother and helped land a bridge loan to Americore from a hedge fund, Pritchard said. But then, Pritchard said, James Biden received a six-figure personal loan out of Americore’s coffers while encouraging the firm to take on greater financial liabilities. The cash infusion from the Middle East never arrived, and, Pritchard says, James Biden has not paid back the loan, the terms of which are unknown.
