party as a whole, and the country as a whole, are quite different.

Most people, whatever labels they accept for themselves, still consider their own political beliefs the best, the most rational, and they'll often define too far left and too far right from their own viewpoint.

But if you're talking about what's considered too far left in terms of some of the warnings we're hearing from Obama, Pelosi, and HRC, what they mean is -- maybe not too far left for the left wing of the party, but too far left for the broader electorate we have to appeal to if we're going to win the electoral college in 2020.

6. I think that it comes to the role a government plays in our daily lives

In classic Socialist society, government controls most aspects of our daily lives. Benefits: we don't have to worry about a roof over our heads, meals on our tables, education and retirement. In Communist system the government even provides work and many are perfectly happy with this. We know that many citizens of Russia were disappointed and fearful when they had to take care of themselves after the fall of the Soviet Union. Also, as we observed the fall of the Berlin Wall, there have seen many stories about how the formerly East Berliners have not benefited much.

In this country, of course, we have the "American Dream." I think that one of the comments about Dr. Fiona Hill, who testified yesterday was that, as a miner's daughter she would never would have risen in Britain the way she had here.

And this is a "free country" and no one is going to tell me what to do. And, of course, Reagan's famous "most dangerous words: I am from the government and I am here to help you."

But, of course, we realize that we need a balanced approach. A major difference between the Democrats and the Republicans is that we do see a role for a government in our lives. The Republicans, of course, are hypocrite in that they do see a role, an intervention, even by the government when it suits them.

Thus, I see, in the context of the campaign, that "far left" means increase role of a government.

And Medicare for All is the main example in that it wants the government to take control of the nation's healthcare system.

We should really stop and think about the enormity of managing the healthcare of more than 350 million people. Still, many of us want to have a choice of private insurance. This is available in all the countries that provide universal care.

Also, offering free tuition and, I don't know what else - again, increasing the role of government in our lives. We do want assistance but these ideas are too heavy handed.

And, as aside - "pro choice" should not be limited to abortion only.

Over simplification, I know, I am not a social scientist, but I think that this is what most voters understand.
