5. I've voted for Jay in every election where I could since 1992.

He's the only candidate who canvased personally.

I'm not convinced he can win the nomination, but I think he'd be a spectacular running mate.

I am worried that he has a little too much in common with Al Gore, Hilary and a great many of other Democratic candidates. They grasp the issues and can speak intelligently about them. But any statement more than seven words long can be butchered today. As Charlie Pierce has pointed out, actual competence can work against you in Idiot America.
