Bernie: My staff is no worse than Warren's staff.

Bernie: "No one is going to be attacking Elizabeth."

"We have hundreds of employees. Elizabeth Warren has hundreds of employees. And people sometimes say things that they shouldn't. You have heard me give many speeches. Have I ever said one word about Elizabeth Warren?"

“We were told never to go negative or contrast with other candidates,” a person close to Sanders’ campaign told POLITICO. “Bernie would let us know when it was O.K.. So if that’s happening, he’s aware.”

Where have we heard that before?

So instead of owning it and fixing it, he says everyone does it and it isn't his fault because reasons.

Very familiar refrain.

Or Nina Sanders? Or Briahna Joy Gray?

Sanders has a credibility gap. Warren does not.

In fact she's totally honest even when total veracity might not be to her advantage.

Come on Bernie! You can't make this stick.

You should apologize, not counter-attack.
