1. The data in the editorial concerns donations from "people employed by the military".

Do you have a link to any data about "active-duty troops"?

Yet another good example about the danger of getting one's news from opinion pieces in magazines like Rolling Stone.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

The article is clear on the support he gets from the "active duty troops".

Last time military 16 as a whole picked trump big time
This is a good sign for our troops
From the link
Trump’s support appears to have waned, leaving an opening for a Democrat this time around. In October 2018, a follow-up poll found that Trump’s popularity among active-duty personnel had faded noticeably, with half of respondents saying they were “unhappy” with the president.

Now 2020 it’s got to be way worse approval after all his crap actions

It would seem to be difficult to get an authentic sample.

4. I just hope the democratic party establishment doesn't push Bernie out like they did last time.

This time, if they try it, it may be fatal to the party.

" Soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines have donated a total of $185,625 to Sen. Sanders’ 2020 campaign. By comparison, they have given $113,012 to Trump, $80,250 to Pete Buttigieg, $64,604 to Sen. Elizabeth Warren, and a relatively paltry $33,045 to former Vice President Joe Biden, according to Doug Weber, a senior researcher at the Center for Responsive Politics. "

...by my calculation, over 5-1/2 times more money to Bernie than Biden...

...that's saying something...

So, obviously, Bernie's the military's favorite candidate. Hell, Bernie has the highest favorability rating of any politician... and its easy to see why!!
