Robby Mook just on CNN

Very good interview. Smiling, he totally downplayed the "controversy" and was very supportive of Pete. Had nothing but good things to say about him.

We love you, Robby. You are a great Democrat.

He just reflected on what lessons he thought we could learn from 2016 in his book (a great read btw) and was asked about it in an interview.

As Santayana noted "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."

Those are all links to the same story. Pete didn't write any of them. Do yourself a favor and read his book. Pete is an analytical and data driven guy. He has reflected on why we lost in 2016 to an idiot like trump and has some good insights.

As Santayana noted, "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."

I recommend his book. He describes what he wittnessed first hand at the AM General plant in Mishawaka at a campaign rally for Hillary. He saw what was coming.

And people are kidding themselves if they think those who voted for Individual 1 are going to vote for Dems, yet some candidates keep playing to them as if they are the only people who count and criticizing other Dems. How about this for a strategy...STOP Criticizing Other Dems & Go After The Cons Instead.

People are spinning 2016 to suit their purposes for 2020.

In my opinion, the best evidence shows that if you take Comey and Putin out of the election we would have destroyed Trump.

As for Hillary, she ran a substantive, issue-focused campaign that she should be proud of. She talked regularly on the campaign trail about the plans she had to help the American people.

Not mentioning...Russians, Cambridge Analytica, Comey, The Entire GOP, Wikileaks, Sanders...to name just some of what she up against. To lay a defeat solely at the feet of strategy is a misjudgment. And not once have I heard him mention that she garnered millions of more votes than either of her competitors.
