Former GOP official in SC tells Katy Tur that Biden's the last person they want to run against

Apparently off the record, since he or she isn't named.

Former GOP elected in Spartanburg tells me:

“The last person we want to see running against President Trump is Joe Biden. He has the likeability factor that the middle lane/ moderates are craving.”
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Personally, I did not understand why so many Democrats didn't like her. I thought personally she was a very highly qualified candidate and would had made a great President.

Biden doesn't appear to have that issue. Sanders in my opinion does.

Why else would the "Republicans" launch that Operation Chaos nonsense to assist Sanders in South Carolina? They don't want to face Biden, which is why all Democrats (or others) who want to see Trump defeated should support Biden. The others are now effectively done.

Biden is the only Democrat who can garner the votes of middle lane, moderate voters who reluctantly voted for Trump.
