That would cut down on the gap between Sanders' delegates for CA and Biden's, assuming Sanders wins. I think he probably will thanks in part to early voting.

1. 26 is a huge number for him in California

2. If Warren and Bloomberg both hit 15, that takes a ton of delegates away from Sanders.

Well, technically, worst-case scenario is he loses CA, but I doubt that's happening.

Bernie could easily win the majority of votes but not win the most delegates

each district gets between 4 and 7 delegates

I can see Bernie pulling in the larger and more leftist areas like San Francisco but I think Biden will take the most liberal and moderate districts
