President Obama in 2012. We don't forget and we don't forgive.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

...are aware that Sanders supported the idea of having someone primary Obama in 2012. (Whether he tried to primary him himself is not as certain, there was no evidence of that at all until a few weeks ago.)

Regardless, this latch-onto-Obama strategy didn't work so well for Bloomberg, and I don't think it will work so well here, either.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

at the time and subsequent news reports this cycle confirm Sanders tried to primary PBO in 2012. The other thing you need to understand, black folks talk in beauty parlors, barber shops, and at church. Everybody knew. The other thing Sanders used to do was go on the Ed show and rail against Ocare, which also pissed off black people.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:

until the recent article in The Atlantic. Can you point to any such reports from any legitimate source, that date to 2012 (as opposed to just the past few weeks)? I'm pretty sure you're wrong about this. (Which in a way reinforces my point that people don't always know what we think they know... that works about things that are true, and also about things that are false.)

Obama’s praise doesn’t mean he thinks you should be President

Obama clearly knew Joe Biden could be President, he chose him as his VP.

primary today, I would vote for:

1. His vote total compared to 2016 is way down
2. He broached running against a sitting President
3. 40 years in Congress with little to show (Trump would bombard him with ads of being a career politician and creature of the swamp)
4. Vile attacks on other DEM candidates are beginning to take their toll on Bernies support
5. Grand plans, but no means to show how these plans would be paid for
6. His health, his refusal to release medical record is a clear signal that something is being hidden (Trump would exploit)
7. Would eliminate North Carolina, Ohio and Pennsylvania as possible DEM pickups

But, if Bernie is the nominee, I will vote for him, although I foresee a bloodbath down the ballot for DEMs if this is the case

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

The Hidden History of Sanders’s Plot to Primary Obama

Bernie Sanders got so close to running a primary challenge to President Barack Obama that Senator Harry Reid had to intervene to stop him.

It took Reid two conversations over the summer of 2011 to get Sanders to scrap the idea, according to multiple people who remember the incident, which has not been previously reported.

I know at least Warren, Biden and Bloomberg ran similar ads. Not sure if other candidates did. Warren and Bloomberg had pretty frosty relationships with Obama too at certain points.
