I think that this was why so many held on to their absentee ballots (as reported for CA, at least) and why so many did not make up their mind until two days ago: many wanted Biden but wondered about his campaign. Once he got the shots of SC and the rally in Dallas - the road was open.

(9,952 posts)throw our momentum. After SC we saw it was Joe. With Amy and Pete leaving it made it easy for us. This was all about the blue wave voter and not for Joe so much.
