Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forumI've already voted for Warren on Super Tuesday. If I hadn't voted yet, I'd vote for
Biden.
Regardless of what anyone says here, Warren deserved the nomination, she worked for it. She has the right policies... has worked within the party and she has a strong track record of success.
I'm sad today to see her campaign ended. And with the end of her campaign, my focus shifts to what needs to be done to help the nominee win in November.
I also wish for the stomping of Bernie and his supporters here to end. The writing is on the wall. No need to fight about it. Save the energy for the general election.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided

(9,463 posts)Including having voted for Senator Warren. I do now support VP Biden. However, the saying "vote blue, no matter who" is absolutely correct!

(217 posts)I hope Joe will welcome Warren and many of her ideas and work to enable some of those ideas in a way that passes congress.
Joe should promise to the Consumer Protection Bureau.

(1,584 posts)And there is a need for my vote in Florida, I plan to vote for Warren still. Sorry, but Ive waited too long to have the opportunity to cast a vote for her and will likely be the last time she will be on a ballot that I can cast.
Barring a major blunder or event, I think Biden will have this wrapped up by the 18th.

(464 posts)I supported Hillary and was sort of hoping for another woman. Tulsi and Bernie are not candidates I could happily support. I like Joe, just wish he was a little younger. If Joe is the candidate, I will vote early. I wish Elizabeth the best in however she continues to serve the country.

(18,402 posts)that the preponderance of Warren supporters here seem to be switching to Biden. (I was an undecided, given that I don't vote until March 17, but switched to Biden after Super Tuesday).
I would have thought that a few more would have gone to Sanders, on the basis of policy proposals, but I think most Warren supporters (I would have voted for her if she had become the consensus candidate) are true-blue Democrats, and many are good feminists, so I shouldn't be surprised that the tide is turning in this direction.

(9,952 posts)Kinda makes me sick she was erased. I also suspect that most of her supporters will go Biden. I never felt her block was Sanders supporters like so many assumed.
