Thanos should be dolt45. Bernie should be the Hulk because he's always angry (for righteous reasons). Also, it feeds into the false narrative that were anti-Bernie. We're anti-tRump.

Edited to add: the content creator may not have known they were placing Bernie's face onto Thanos. I don't want to ascribe any negative intent to the content creator.

Dr. David Banner in the comics was always very thin and frail. It was to further juxtapose the thin and mild mannered good doctor with the rage and power of the hulk!.
