Sanders' press secretary is retweeting his supporters who are retweeting Trump attacking Biden

so that tweet of Trump's is showing up in her Twitter feed

Found out about this thanks to a tweet from Ryan Lizza:

Fascinating that the Sanders campaign is repurposing and weaponizing Trump attacks against Biden. I can’t remember a primary where that was done. Seems somewhat unwise considering how Dems feel about Trump. (The person who retweeted this is Sanders’s press secretary.)

The Sanders supporter there is a Bernie bro who complained recently about getting the sort of negative attention he'd been giving others.

Here's his tweet retweeting Trump:

And Gray also retweeted this from Sanders senior advisor Warren Gunnels, with the same Trump tweet:

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

"I hate you all and I wanna run on your ticket."
"Welcome! Here's access to our resources."
"My surrogates just raided your database and took a dump in the break room coffee pot. Your fault for letting them do it. Now gimme eighty gallons of gasoline and a lighter, and start sealing the exits from the inside after I leave."
"Can do! Will you be supporting down-ticket candidates?"

SOP for all. In 2016 Russia reportedly usually massively augmented the messages of the others, originating fewer slurs. And reportedly they're trying harder this time to make their interference less traceable. Those who wonder, though, might watch any new themes by Sanders to see them turn up in the messaging of both both Republican and Russian agents.
