CNN/SSRS net favorability is currently +4 for Biden, -10 for Sanders.

Quinnipiac is +5 for Biden, -6 for Sanders.

At this point, this would seem to indicate Biden probably being a lot stronger than Sanders against Trump. These are the same kind of numbers that helped persuade me to support Sanders over Clinton in 2016, for the same reason... what I cared about most was who could most likely beat Trump.
